In particular you will learn how to manage your fear of loss so it is removed from your trading mindset. You will also learn to disrupt the impulse to "revenge trade" -- make up for prior losses. In their place you will learn to produce a calm and impartial emotional mood and state of mind. This is a psychological place where you can watch the elements of a trade with no emotional investment to any particular side. It frees you from your fears, self doubt, and impulsivity so that your judgment is not clouded and a calm, impartial part of yourself takes over your internal conversations. This is a multi-media course that includes seven chapters totaling 154 action-packed pages. In addition, a 10-CD audio book is included to help deepen your learning experience. This gives you added access to the material as you drive or exercise. Also 8 separate guided meditation CDs are included that deepen the skill sets taught to calm the body and mind and to access the powerful parts of the self that are needed to take you to the next level. Finally two DVDs are included in the training program. In total, 20 CDs and DVDs are included to give you the maximum advantage of this powerful programming.
In addition to the Ignite Your Spark Training Program you will receive either 5 or 10 one-on-one sessions (depending on which you select) with Rande Howell (MEd, LPC) that will hone the skills taught in the Program to your personal psychology. And you will learn how to maintain your calm sense of impartial authority throughout your trading day.
